Pleiades Writer Spotlight

This week it was announced that Pleiades writer Brenda Peynado has won the 2015 Nelson Algren Award, joining the ranks of past winners such as Louise Erdrich and Stuart Dybek. Her story “Carnaval” appears in the current issue of Pleiades (35.1).
